As I sit here looking at the shell
left behind, I realize you'r gone. 
I am powerless & scared than as i look closer, 
I am reminded that you'r soul is now free...
the pain is gone & the restictions of a physical world no longer hold or slow you down. 

Young and healthy you'r aura strengths 
I am comforted in the knowledge that the last words whispered from our lips to one another were "I LOVE YOU " 
& that you are going to bring those words to the loved ones who I loved as dearly, 
that passed before you on this 2nd part of you'r journey's you will all meet again.
